And still looking for others who want to make respite happen for our families! All you have to do is contact us. We have yet to find an agency or professional here in Canada that "gets" Reactive Attachment Disorder and/or co-morbid conditions. If we're going to have that understanding close to home, we need to make it happen ourselves. Help us out! All the best, J&H

Golly, I know people are very busy and involved with their own families and the problems that go with RAD. I have trouble understanding why more people are not signing up for this group and contributing some of their own views. This is a good idea, a good group and it is necessary for the development of a support system that does not yet exist. Please folks, don't just read, join, respond, and share your experience. No matter how bizare or how small, it will help someone else along the way to know they are not alone. This is not a group based on, or promoting the "poor us" mentality. This is a positive, going forward group that wants to move ahead and meet these issues head on, showing innovative methods and continuing to have responsive attitudes through it all.
